HACCP.ge არის კვების ბიზნესის HACCP ჟურნალი. ანგარიშს ქმნის ორგანიზაცია. ეს გვერდი აღწერს, რა მონაცემს ვამუშავებთ, სად ინახება და როგორ შეგიძლიათ წაშლა.
რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ
- ანგარიში. სახელი, ელფოსტა ან მომხმარებლის სახელი, პაროლის ჰეში (პაროლს ღია სახით არ ვინახავთ), როლი, თანამდებობა, ტელეფონი, სამედიცინო წიგნაკის ნომერი და ვადა — თუ ორგანიზაცია შეავსებს.
- ორგანიზაცია. სახელი, იურიდიული სახელი, საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი, მისამართი, ქალაქი, ტელეფონი, საკონტაქტო ელფოსტა, დირექტორი, ლოგო.
- ფორმების ჩანაწერები. ტემპერატურა, შემოწმებები, მაკორექტირებელი ქმედება, დრო და ვინ შეავსო. ეს არის ორგანიზაციის სურსათის უვნებლობის ჟურნალი.
- ხელმოწერები. ჩანაწერზე დახატული ხელმოწერა და, თუ შეინახეთ, თქვენი ნიმუში პროფილში.
- ფოტოები და დოკუმენტები. ფორმაზე ან დოკუმენტებში ატვირთული ფაილები, თუ მათ თავად ამატებთ.
- Push ტოკენი. თუ შეხსენებას ჩართავთ: ბრაუზერის push მისამართი ან აპის Firebase (FCM) ტოკენი და მოწყობილობის მოკლე აღწერა. შეტყობინების ტექსტი არის ფორმის სახელი, არა ჩანაწერის შიგთავსი.
- შეცდომების ტექნიკური მონაცემები (Sentry, ევროკავშირი). შეცდომის ტექნიკური აღწერა, მომხმარებლის შიდა id, ორგანიზაციის id, როლი, ბრაუზერის ტიპი. ფორმის შიგთავსი, ელფოსტა, პაროლი, ხელმოწერა და cookie არ იგზავნება.
სად ინახება
მონაცემები ევროკავშირშია.
- მონაცემთა ბაზა — Neon (PostgreSQL), ევროკავშირი.
- აპლიკაცია — Vercel, რეგიონი fra1 (ფრანკფურტი).
- ატვირთული ფაილები — Vercel Blob.
- ბაზის სარეზერვო ასლი — Cloudflare R2, დაშიფრული.
გადაცემა ხდება HTTPS-ით. პაროლი ინახება მხოლოდ ჰეშის სახით.
ვის ვუზიარებთ
მონაცემს არ ვყიდით და რეკლამისთვის არ ვიყენებთ.
- Resend — ელფოსტის გაგზავნა (მისამართი, სახელი, წერილის ტექსტი).
- Firebase (Google) — აპის push შეტყობინება (ტოკენი და შეტყობინების ტექსტი). ვებ-შეხსენება მიდის ბრაუზერის push სერვისზე (Apple, Google ან Mozilla).
- Anthropic — მხოლოდ მაშინ, როცა ორგანიზაცია იყენებს AI-ს HACCP გეგმის მონახაზისთვის ან ფორმის შემოწმებისთვის. იგზავნება ამ მოთხოვნის ტექსტი, არა მთელი ბაზა და არა ფოტო.
- Sentry — შეცდომის ტექნიკური მონაცემი, როგორც ზემოთ წერია.
რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ
- ანგარიში და ორგანიზაციის პროფილი — სანამ ანგარიში ან ორგანიზაცია არსებობს.
- ჟურნალი, ხელმოწერა ჩანაწერზე და ატვირთული ფაილი — სანამ ორგანიზაცია არსებობს. ეს არის ბიზნესის სურსათის უვნებლობის ჩანაწერი.

წაშლის უფლება
ანგარიშის წაშლა შეგიძლიათ აპიდან და საიტიდან: haccp.ge/account-deletion. შედით და აპში დააჭირეთ „ანგარიშის წაშლა / Delete account“ (მენიუ, პარამეტრები ან პროფილი). შეიყვანეთ პაროლი და სიტყვა „წაშლა“ ან DELETE.
- იშლება შესვლა, სახელი, ელფოსტა, ტელეფონი, პაროლი, პროფილის ხელმოწერა, სამედიცინო წიგნაკის ველები და push ტოკენი.
- თუ სხვა მფლობელიც არის, ორგანიზაციის ჟურნალი რჩება. თქვენს ჩანაწერებზე სახელის ნაცვლად ჩანს „წაშლილი მომხმარებელი“. ჩანაწერზე უკვე დასმული ხელმოწერა ჟურნალში რჩება.
- თუ ერთადერთი მფლობელი ხართ, წაიშლება მთელი ორგანიზაცია: მომხმარებლები, ჟურნალი, დოკუმენტები და ხელმოწერები.
- თუ შესვლა არ შეგიძლიათ, მოგვწერეთ info@haccp.ge-ზე იმ ელფოსტიდან ან მომხმარებლის სახელით, რომლითაც ანგარიშია გახსნილი.

Privacy policy (English)
HACCP.ge is a food-safety journal for businesses. An organization creates the account. This page describes what we process, where it is stored, and how to delete it.
Data we collect
- Account: name, email or username, password hash (we do not store the password itself), role, job title, phone, and medical-book number and expiry if the organization fills them in.
- Organization: name, legal name, tax id, address, city, phone, contact email, director, logo.
- Form records: temperatures, checks, corrective actions, time, and who submitted them. This is the organization's food-safety journal.
- Signatures on records, and a saved signature image if you store one on your profile.
- Photos and documents you choose to upload.
- Push token, if you turn reminders on: a browser push endpoint or a Firebase (FCM) token, plus a short device description. The notification text is the form name, not the record contents.
- Technical error data in Sentry (EU): error details, internal user id, organization id, role, and browser type. Form contents, email, password, signature, and cookies are not sent.
Where it is stored
Data is kept in the European Union: the database on Neon (PostgreSQL), the application on Vercel in Frankfurt (fra1), uploaded files on Vercel Blob, and encrypted database backups on Cloudflare R2. Traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as a hash.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
- Resend sends email (address, name, message).
- Firebase (Google) delivers push notifications in the app (token and notification text). Web reminders go to the browser push service (Apple, Google, or Mozilla).
- Anthropic receives the text of a request only when the organization uses AI to draft an HACCP plan or to check a form. We do not send the whole database or photos.
- Sentry receives the technical error data described above.
How long we keep it
- Account and organization profile: while the account or organization exists.
- Journal, signatures on records, and uploaded files: while the organization exists.
- Push token: while reminders are on, the token is valid, or until the account is deleted.
- In-app notification log: 180 days. Inspection-package files: 7 days. Password-reset link: 1 hour.
- Sentry technical records: for Sentry's retention period, typically no more than 90 days.
Deletion
You can delete your account in the app and on the web at haccp.ge/account-deletion. Sign in and tap “ანგარიშის წაშლა / Delete account” in the menu, in Settings, or on the operator Profile. Enter your password and type DELETE. This finishes in the app. We remove your login, name, email, phone, password, saved signature, medical-book fields, and push token. If another owner remains, the organization's journal stays and your name on past records is replaced with “deleted user”; a signature already placed on a record stays in the journal. If you are the only owner, the whole organization is deleted, including users, journal, documents, and signatures. Ownership is not transferred. If you cannot sign in, email info@haccp.ge from the address or with the username on the account.
